OH boy, I'm doing pretty well on with the diet but really need encouragement to go to the gym and do strength training. Help!

Yes, I did a 2 mile walk dvd with Leslie Sansone.

What you put in your mouth in private shows in public!!

It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop. Don't quit!!

Last night I did my 15 min kettlebell workout. Plus a warm-up from trainer Jackie Warner.

changed mind, did treadmill for 70 minutes, and did a personal best for my mileage! Will still walk the dog for at least 30 minutes later after dinner.

Just got back from walking the Concourse at the Medical Center I work at - roundtrip is about 2 miles of air conditioned comfort!! There were a few other walkers along the way!! Nice to see folks doing themselves good!!
