Yes. My fitness studio has a Squat challenge going on so today I did an extra 50 squats outside of my normal workout. The final day is 8/25 and we need to do 200 squats that day. Building my way up.

I am 55 semi retired and now work out and weight train every other day this works well as if you have to miss a day no big deal just pick up where you left off

I made a ten mile round bike trip to the beach. This accomplished quite a few things. I faced my fear of bridges and touching ocean water. Also, it helped me to realize it is FUN to do things other than stay in the house. LOL

curves workout, exercise and vibrex. Walked on treadmill and got dog walked on treadmill too. It took a bit for him to be comfortable. He is 7 and this was his first time. I am impressed with his good nature to do this.

YES. More yoga. Really recommend it when you want exercise but not added exhaustion. Weather in Washington has turned really hot, with weather health hazard warnings. So, outside going to an air conditioned gym (not happening right now), yoga is one thing I still can manage to do.

Yesterday, Thursday, YES. Yoga, with the “Asana Rebel” phone app. I find those yoga workouts enjoyable and challenging yet doable. A very short 4-5 minute one to warm up, then one about 23-30 minutes as my main session. Distributes your ENERGY- your “chi” (“chee”)!
