Hi- I've been using this program for a few weeks now. Finally venturing out to find like-minded people in team forums. I've 58 and trying to lose some weight and be healthy and stronger. I've going to the gym several times a week and doing 30-35 minutes on the elliptical. This week I am planning on incorporating some weight training in the routine. I've lost about 4 lbs. so far. Not much, but I'm trying to do it sensibly. Anyway- I wanted to introduce myself and say hi :)
