I'm tired of being anxious about my appearance. Not enjoying shopping, going on holiday, seeing people I haven't seen in a while, dating, going to party's, having my picture taken. The list goes on...I just want it to stop!
Since I started getting back to the sweaty, out of breath type of exercise, I feel so much happier, more energetic, and aligned with my values. Other parts of my life are also working better. I'm having more fun.
i like to eat healthy because it helps my energy levels stay the same throughout my stressful days and i dont feel sick, achy or bloated when i do. i like to excercise everyday because it makes me feel happy, confident and strong
