I don't want to become like my co-worker who only ever complains about aches, pains and health issues and who is out on average 4 times a month for various symptoms and doctor appointments. She's my new inspiration!!
I love the way I feel. I sleep better, I have fewer headaches, and I no longer crave unhealthy foods. I hve much more energy and am more organized. I will never go back to that old unhealthy lifestyle. I love my life and healthy feels so awesome! And I'm starting to feel like I'm woth it:)
Because I want to be as healthy as possible. I Have medical problems that get me down some days and limits what I can do some days. If I try to do the best that I can for my body well then I hope my body will be good to me.
