About a 2. I drove to the gym today in terrible traffic, only to get there and have the kids room closed. Then, went food shopping (bought lots of fruits/veggies), got home and slipped on a patch of ice and slammed my knee. I said, forget it! I shouldnt' have, but I did. So, gotta up the motivation today! There's still time!

I'm actually around a 2 today. I've joined a gym in January and went from a very sedentary lifestyle to working out 1.5 to 2 hours 5-6 days a week. I've also been very carefully improving my diet, which I'd been doing for over a year. I've lost no weight the last 4 weeks and am frustrated. I'm working on increasing my calories which is what spark recommends-I'm going to give it 2 weeks with the increased calories and see if that helps. Right now tho-frustrating! I get that my fat is turning to muscle which is heavier but doesn't change my frustration. Getting measured tomorrow-hopefully I'll see good changes in inches.
