I have lost 5 pounds since Monday (7/5 is the day I joined). I am tracking everything and have been constantly searching this site for even more motivation every chance I get. Today, I received my copy of "The Spark" in the mail. I'm psyched!

I COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K WALK ON 22 MAY 2010 IN 60 MIN. IT WAS A SWEET TASTE OF SUCCESS FOR ME (NON-CALORIC!)
I COMPLETED MY 2ND 5K WALK ON SATURDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2010 IT WAS GREAT !!! WOOHOO !!!

Today started off as a 1, but due to me talking myself out of the slump and my fiancé asking me to just be in the gym building with him. I ended up coming and working out for 1 hr. Then relax in the hot tub. I'm very motivated now. So I'm a 8.
