Positively hopeful that I can get past this negativity!! I've bounced around the same weight for two months now...and I'm frustrated. I'm eating good - with the occasional, controlled "indulgence" just so I won't burn out! I'm walking daily, doing yoga twice a week and starting to incorporate weight training two days a week. I'm throwing in Zumba and other new activities...yet, here I sit. Frustrated and feeling like my weight will NEVER start going back down again.
Part of me is still optimistic. Realistically, I know that just keeping on keeping on will EVENTUALLY produce results. The pessimistic side is just tired and wants the weight off now!!!!!! UUUUGGGGHHH!! : (
