Im feeling so positive! I lost another pound and im so motivated. Its only 2 pounds lost so far but I feel great and such a difference already!

I feel pretty good today. Finally after three weeks of following the plan I lost weight. I was almost ready to give up, so I'm glad I didn't. It sure gets harder after 50.

in the middle. I am disappointed because I didn't get to do all the exercise I wanted to this week but on the other hand. I wore a dress to work today apparently I haven't woren one in a long time because I have been getting compliments all day. Along with questions about whether or not today is something special.
