I'm wondering how many vitamins I need to take anymore. When I first started my weight loss journey, I started with a multivitamin, and also took supplements of potassium, fish/flaxseed oil, Vitamin C and calcium. But my eating habits weren't as healthy back then. My diet is more balanced now.
I'm thinking now I can cut back to just the multivitamin and the calcium supplement (I despise milk, and I'm not crazy about yogurt unless it's mixed into a smoothie, so I have a hard time getting enough calcium).
