No. And I was actually thinking last night I am getting better about making enough food to feed my family of 4 without enormous leftovers. I grew up in a family of 4 and it was the running joke, how many people are coming to dinner, because mom used to make so much food. I like leftovers but it also affords the opportunity to overeat. Last night I made just enough to satisfy everyone, and I had one reasonable serving and I was done.
It's not the destination, it's the journey. Make it worth the trip!
A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
I never get to overeat, but I did cheat a bit with a blueberry muffin....oh well, I just won't do that again for some time, so I don't feel too guilty, just smart enough to know that I really shouldn't do that and expect to lose weight!
LIVE FOR EACH MOMENT... TODAY well lived makes every YESTERDAY a memory of happiness and every TOMORROW a vision of hope!!

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle you know nothing about. Your worst enemy cannot harm you as much as your own unguarded thoughts. Drop judgment and pick up love. If you can move a grain of sand a day, eventually you will move a mountain. Crappy choices bring crappy feelings. Can'ts are joy limiters.
