Daily. I get in trouble when I don't.

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

I weigh myself Friday - see how I did during the week and again on Monday for recording purposes - makes me pay more attention to what I eat during less stuctured times. Friday and Monday should be the same or a little less ... realistically often it's more

I don't weigh myself daily, because of those frustrating reasons. I treat it kinda like baking a cake haha I'm not gonna stand there and wait and wait and wait; instead, I'll set it, leave for not too long, then come back and check the results. If you are diligent with your diet and activity, you will see good results, regardless.

I also check clothes I haven't worn in awhile. Sometimes the shirt will be a little tight still, but that's fine, because that make me double-motivated to get that shirt looking good on my person :)

Me too, It’s so frustrating! This week I weighed in at 264 on Sunday. I finished the day 250 calories under goal. Monday I walked 13,000 steps (Normal is 7 k) and stayed within my calorie limit. I got on the scale Tuesday and it said I was 266. I stayed focused and did well Tuesday only to have the scale reflect 267 on Wednesday. At that point I was discouraged and pissed and had a $&*# you scale day. I went 350 calories over and only walked 5k steps. I’ll get back on track tomorrow, but I still really hate my scale.
