I love most all types of music but for working out I love the 50's, the 80's and current pop music. Some of my current favorites include Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Lady Antebellum, Bruno Mars, and Meghan Trainor. emoticon

I’m a Bon Jovi fan and listen to their catalog of songs. But you can try Knockout from their This House Is Not For Sale Album.

If you like running or other fast paced exercise, then:
Ace of Spades - Motörhead
NWO - Ministry
Satan- Orbital

I love fast metal and dance tunes for when I'm spinning, and slow calming music for stretching and yoga

I guess a lot of it depends on what you like to do for exercise. I know the faster twmpo music works better for high paced activities like running but something a bit slower works for calmer activities like yoga. I agree with the Spotify suggestion. A coach for one of my run clubs uses a Spotify running playlist that is a lot of fun.

I like fast-paced, up-beat classic '70s rock and '80s "hair" bands; it gets me pumped up and makes me forget I'm middle-aged, lol!

Hi guys, I love music and am looking for some ideas to freshen up my workout playlist to keep me motivated as I love my music cranked up when I work out.
Any favourites of yours would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
