-Enjoying the new sandals I found, stylish with zip-up sides, but most importantly, very comfortable

I also have to chime in with appreciation for Rebecca who makes it so easy for gratitude to become a way of life! GBoomer, you are a big part of that as well ...I look forward to both of you every day!

On this first day of June, I'm grateful for:

-New beginnings
-Starting the day off right playing ball with Rosie
-Ongoing confirmation from the scale that steering clear of sugar is good
-Having a serious talk with myself about my lack of motivation for exercise lately and putting together a plan with Spark tools
-Sweet Cleo hanging with me while I get ready to go meet a friend for breakfast
-Perquackey and coffeehouse plans this afternoon-love my word games!!

I very much appreciate this ongoing project. Many thanks to Rebecca, our founder, inspiring example and friend! Thanks, also, to fellow gratitude buddy, Stephanie, for her inspiring gratitudes, cat stories and friendship!

I am grateful this first morning in June for:
- news of Kiowa's hiding away and return. Like Stephanie, I too can relate from similar experiences.
- the successful and positive start of another beginning pickleball class yesterday.
- L observing me teaching pickleball for the first time ever because her pilates class was starting soon in another part of the center.
- clicker training advancing smoothly with Lucy, Desi and L.
- arrival of treat pouch and first uses yesterday.
