I've known this site the longest and find it the most motivating out of any nutrition and fitness tracking websites I've used. Tracking my food really helps me. I would definitely over- and under-eat if I didn't count calories. Having the sense of accomplishment of inputting my workouts into the tracker and seeing how many calories I burned for the day also motivates me to work out. And I do like collecting Sparkpoints!
As you hold on... as long as you do what's in your heart... I believe you can do the right thing.
