Looked up The Beck Diet Solution on Wikipedia and have to agree with the ideas of how important cognitive solutions are to this journey. Sounds like there are lots of good tips.

The Beck Diet Solution is helping me to have more positive self talk along this journey. I'm determined to never go back, I'm making a lifetime commitment this time around to making healthier food choices the majority of days. When I feel a little frustrated with where I am I remind myself how far I've come and how much work I've put into it--do I want to just throw all of that away?!?! NO! Keep on keepin' on!
