Hello Chris,

For falling asleep it is lovely to use the ambient nature sound choices ...been using this app for 5 years and they now claim to have 54,000 meditations...sounds/seems true to what I have found. You can also bookmark your favorites. Glad to see you have found them useful...they are!!

Also I am having an awful time falling asleep. Growing older has changed my sleep habits tremendously.

I have to be diligent about caring for myself. MINDFULNESS NOW. Build habits to produce success. First habit: delay eating by using a timer.
LONG TERM GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight.

This helps me so much! I never heard of that app. I definitely need motivational tapes, not just reading or seeing graphics.

I 2nd the motion to check out Insight Timer. I use that one. We do not have any audio tapes available on SparkPeople.
