In 3 weeks I've lost 3.5 lbs. I'm not hungry. I'm so excited to be moving more. I'm sleeping better. I love learning all the information SP provides about food choices, ways to stay positive, tips, secrets, blogs, messages, etc.
I have the inclination, opportunity and health to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and do construction work in horrid heat and humidity - I did it yesterday and feel great today, in more ways than one!!! I love to volunteer for great organizations!
