I've been working hard to keep cooking healthy low fat food and to stay away from the wrong foods. I've been eating alot of seasoned veggies with lean protein, staying away from carbs, looking for new and better recipes. The results are slowy showing up. Well worth my efforts.
Up early this morning planning my course of action to help me get moving forward. I decided that for awhile it might be advantageous for me to use the Sparkpeople meal planner to assist me in making healthier food choices. Consequently I have printed off the grocery list and will be going to the store tonight after I get off work.
This list looks like it will lighten my wallet a bit so I am sure to lose a few pounds at the checkout. On a positive note being healthier will hopefully lead to me cutting out some meds and doctor visits which will save me much more money...I hope.
My get up and go though stills appears to have gotten up and gone. I just can't adjust to all the cold weather and snow. This year it seems to have affected me more than in previous years. Summer needs to hurry up and get here or I need to relocate.
