oh wow! major change in life divorced and happy .that being said I am my sons main caregiver now. so I have to take better care of me. I finally rid of extra negative baggage. time for me to be a healthier and better me.

I am so happy to hear from you!! I am glad you are not giving up and I am not giving up either. I am not losing as quickly as I want, but I am losing (I weigh 10 pounds less then when I got married) and I still exercise 6 days a week

sorry gwynnie No way am I giving up. My life is changing for the better in the end. I have no more drama from my ex to deal with. I am free and moving toward a happier life. My ys is adjusting though and he is acting out. I had to get him some extra supports.

still in the middle of a life changing event but I am leaning onto my faith. God did tell me he would never leave me or forsake me. He can not lie but spouses sure do. It is for the best and I am growing toward healing slowing as this process is not over yet.

oh no I will never ever give up -- I have lost 35 pounds and those are staying off. I exercise 6 days a week. this other 90 pounds will come off

I have been at a plateau now for about 7 weeks, but hoping to break through soon. I will never give up or quit because I want to be healthy for the remainder of my life. I may change up and try the Keto Diet, and I think I could lose on it, but not sure if I can do it to stay in ketosis, so that is why I am still thinking about it. I may dedicate a month to it and see what happens if I can break this plateau.
