after a small trip 1 day gained 2 pounds even though I did watch
I am sleeping better and without pills so happy
today another restart again

july 7th the holiday over the baby shower over the ballgame over and a trip to amusement park over
so family will be quiet until october when little harper comes into our lives
Noom but some days I do really good other days dont care
the temperature is hot and dry and without air miserable
lost 2 pounds this week but weigh in tomorrow.I did eat a few no nos today

WE are back and I carried 4 pounds home
lost my noom coach and they want 44 dollars a month to renew cannot affors that
ate so much meals at casinos were awesome and hard to turn down
so now what????
I will decided next week what direction I should go that wont make me poor
I have a colonoscopy next month

been a busy week yesterday way off on amount of sugar
today lunch with my sister then a trip to springfield for cemetary flowers.

time change which I hate hope it stays without another change in fall
church met up with Kahty
best buy portable charger for phones for our trip
dollar tree snacks
great clips hair cut
krogers odds and ends
ended up eating 2 pieces of chicken
a biscuit
it was delicious
now snack so my food calories were taken by the chicken and biscuit but so good tasting tomorrow back on track

convience food
easy just drive through pick up
takeyesterday hubby picked up fish sandwiches came home turned on microwave and ate
me mix smoothie adding atkins powder,cut up apple then mix vegies frozen in frying pan for supper
took broccoli and tomatoes and cali emoticon flower and mixed for tossed salad time 45 min
so as much as convience it does take time some days I feel agitated hubby buys 2 boxes of donuts and eats both packages
I will stay motivated

no motivation at all
I have to overcome the mess I created in our house
cleaning closets was on my bucket list for 15 years yes I am super happy that we never have to get in those areas ever again

the next to overcome is the pain I am in

so today choose core exercises maybe treadmill 15 min

good morning
got through the fish fry but ate too many desserts.stayed true to my menu but desserts stabbed me into overeating
I am in lots of pain my feet in the bottoms have been bleeding too many treadmills and walking 8000 steps yesterday and almost done with my fish fry book from 1949.

today is Saturday
fish fry hate those but hubby loves them so doing this for him
after today a whole week of practicaly nothing
wed first day of lent so meals must be meat free
I need to reflect theses 40 days of lent into a desire to make my life better
noom ends soon so not sure what that will be like

reflect on the month of February
weather horrible
I get to confident some days and just forget what my journey should be
eating to many sweets this month
blood pressure has highs and lows
found that stretching for 20 min is wonderful but don't day it daily
yoga has benefits
working on core difficult but well worth it
today must keep exercising at a low I have a small trip on a bus tomorrow so dizzy spells must stop emoticon

what do you do when its 60 mile wind and rural area PRAY
core exercise this week and trying different exercises
100 reps of core exercises sit ups bicycle crunches
journey with NOOM is about balance body life and mind
practice progress not perfection
I feel I have to exercise daily the more steps the better after 2 weeks of treadmill have blisters so this week might find out of the box exercise

policing myself yesterday
not sure why but craved sugar all day even though I tired to avoid it I just could not
so at the end of sugar binge I decided my total calorie intake at 800.
tie equals intuitive eating
allow yourself all foods and trust yourself to choose wisely

yesterday an elephant sat on me and I ate candy corn a whole cup it was so good and I just needed something bad to eat for a change
now a pound gained I new but somehow my logging and eating rabit food for 104 days got the best of me
today stop think plan even though its snowing ice rain today'
tomorrow eating out and Friday a fish fry oh no 12.00 for a ticket of food I should not eat.

My thoughts today are on making choices a habit,

Its a daily choice for me and as much as this journey is on going.

today back to treadmill Ive taken a few days off but did other exercises but truly steps and sweat at the top of the list
also move the scale its been stuck for almost 6 weeks

be flexible
choose a time for first meal
choose either big breakfast alittle later

what my intuition looks like
keep going on my journey to loose weight
today although yesterday was fun wild no accountability for my eating
I need noom
honor your body by choosing wisely

trust that choice is the right one

you know what is the right color you look at the package examine ifs it red how much then decided to you really want that

It takes time and control plan menu ahead to make sure its in the range yes its tuff and sometimes you wish you could just eat and not plan but this is important to me

Yesterdau was fun for the second half of the day
after hospital visit giving support for hubby sister we then headed to the mall mind you its at least 50 miles
we walked then I walked and we ended up at payless going out of business sale and we bought each of us a pair
I then suggest out for an appetizer at ouback and a drink it was delicious and we had not done that in over a year
then more walking for me the tempts were terrible
church then home
not logging yesterday on my 100th day I gained a pound which I thught would be 5

today no menu exercise ot quizzes
