I lost 20 lbs. since COVID 19. I think it is all about mindset. I try to feed myself positivity each day. It helps keep me motivated. I have become more involved in Spark People teams to help me feel connected. I increased my exercise to get myself out of my house, but do work out inside when needed. I also order only groceries on my meal plan. No extras. I have saved a lot of money as a result, which has been an added bonus.

Just Believe!

Very few people have lost loads of weight and become super fit during the lockdown - most people have slumped and gained about 10-14 lbs in weight.

Take one day at a time. Set small goals.

There is no destination.

It's the journey that matters.
Every day is a new day on that journey.

Every day is a choice.

Every day, you either make the right choices towards good health, or you let someone else make those choices for you.

Only you can decide. We are here to cheer each other on towards success.

Keep Pushing!

It's worth it!

It feels really weird, all of this. I'm not sure what I'm doing here or what I expect to gain out of it. Everyone seems to have taken the lockdown months ago to suddenly become super fit and lose tons of weight. I wish I didn't keep having to fight this seemingly endless battle of the bulge. It's embarrassing. I guess I'm hoping that some accountability and support might finally make a difference. Maybe I just need to stop being so hard on myself and accept that I didn't get fat overnight, so I'm not going to be at a normal weight overnight either. It's hard to feel motivated when I have so, so far to go. emoticon
