I lost 20 lbs. since COVID 19. I think it is all about mindset. I try to feed myself positivity each day. It helps keep me motivated. I have become more involved in Spark People teams to help me feel connected. I increased my exercise to get myself out of my house, but do work out inside when needed. I also order only groceries on my meal plan. No extras. I have saved a lot of money as a result, which has been an added bonus.
