Of course, you do not have to pay to use SparkPeople. Our Premium service is completely optional. I have not seen any issues with Help or other functions like you mention. Have you tried doing a complete shutdown of your iPad and then start it up again to see if that fixes things for you?

My SparkPage
Every time I try to use any and all of the functions including “help” I get an error Message. I have the latest iOS on my iPad Mini 3. I am so frustrated. Why do IT people update the website by ruining it and making itdifficult to use?
