Hi,

The last transaction we received from Apple for your account was that you were paid up through 1/12/2019.

On 2/4/2019, we manually restored your Premium for 45 days, which took you through 3/21/2019. So that was actually a few days longer than your Apple subscription actually lasted.

I do not see that you've sent us your screenshot yet as proof (as requested in my previous reply). You will need to do that for us to restart your Premium based on your payment to Apple.

I cannot see why we are not receiving the transactions from Apple for your account that we need. The only way to guarantee this does not happen would be for you to cancel the Premium subscription in iTunes and then subscribe from our website instead of through the app. That way, SparkPeople will bill you directly and you will not have this disruption in Premium service.

Also. Why does it happen before the billing date before my subscription runs out? My iTunes billing says the payment for April is due on the 15th.

Is this going to keep happening ? If so is there a way to fix it permanently?

Hi!

That happened (this time and previously) because Apple did not send us notification of your payment. Please email a copy of your receipt or a screenshot from iTunes showing when you last paid to support@sparkpeople.com. With that proof, we can manually restore your Premium status.

I am paying for premium and I’m not getting it. The subscription is monthly on iTunes unless I cancel it’s. Which I have not. Second time this has happened to me. I get ads and can’t access other premium features like the workouts.
