Hi,

Please uninstall our app, restart your phone, then download/install a new copy of the app. That has helped some members. Hopefully, it will work for you too.

Hi,

We are aware there is an issue with some members not receiving notifications on their phones recently. Our tech team is taking a look at it; but, I am not sure when the notices might resume.

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you at this time. I will let you know if I get an update.

Hello. I’m not receiving any notifications from my Spark friends. All the settings on SP are set to allow them, as well as my iPhone 7. I tried shutting my phone off and back on, but still nothing.
