Hi Leslie,

I checked your account and everything looks good for your Premium setup now. If you still are not seeing it, please refresh the page.

I see that you are paying through Google Play. Sometimes, members have had issues where Google does not always notify us when a payment is made. If we do not receive a notice from them, our system will turn off your Premium when the last payment period expires. If that happens again, you can try signing into Google Play to see if that triggers them to send the notification. If that does not help, you can send proof of payment (like a screenshot from Google) to us at support@sparkpeople.com and then we can reactivate Premium for you.

I can't find anything about my premium account. When I click on 'try premium', it says my premium was cancelled on Aug 8, 2019, but there are still monthly payments occurring for $6.49. One was made on Aug 14 and another on Sept 14. I don't know what is happening.
