I'm sorry you are having trouble getting that connected.

On a new install of the SparkPeople tracking app, navigate to the Log screen. You should be prompted to enable access to Apple Health. There is a toggle for each of the data points for which SparkPeople can pull. (Green is ON, white is OFF) Once selections have been made, tap “Allow” at top right.

If that does not work, you can try this method:

1. Open the SparkPeople Mobile app
2. Tap MySpark in bottom menu
3. Tap the Settings tab
4. Tap Connect Devices/Apps
5. Tap the “Settings” button under “Apple Health”
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to do the following:
--a. Exit SparkPeople Mobile and open the Settings app.
--b. Tap Privacy
--c. Tap Health
--d. Tap SparkPeople
--e. To enable access, toggle any/all switches to ON (green). To disable access, toggle any/all switches to OFF (white).
7. Re-open SparkPeople Mobile and navigate to the Home screen
8. You should start to see data in the Exercise section of the Log screen within 5 minutes.

I hope this helps!

I go into my setting to try to connect my Apple health and when I click on sparks people in the privacy setting it’s blank Iv even tired to do thur the Apple health app and can’t there either. Why can’t they must make it where it can connect to Apple watch period. I’d like to get credit for my work out and don’t wanna add them manually
