Hi!

I see you sent this question into our Support email as well. Here's a copy of that reply in case you see this sooner--and in case other members have the same question.

I am sorry; but, a while back we removed tracked data (food, fitness, etc.) from accounts that had not been accessed in 500+ days. However, if there were foods that you manually entered, you can still access those and add them back as Favorites by entering at least part of the name in the Food Search field, click the "more" link below the search box, select the option "Search the foods I've manually entered" and then you would click the search button and that should pull up that item from your manually entered items list. You can then select it and before adding it to your tracker, you will want to check the box to add it to your Favorites and then after you do that and add it to your tracker, it will be listed back in your Favorites tab. If there were favorites that were in our database/not manually entered, you would need to search for those, check the box to add it to your favorites, then add it to your tracker.

I hope this workaround helps! Let me know if you have additional questions.

I lost all my food track that I painfully manually entered since 2008 .have been away from the site for awhile ,find that all my other entries are there except food track
I did not reset anything
Now I hAve to do it all over again ,was thinking going premium but know I’m not so sure
Slowly entering some food back but would reallly like my food that I tracked back

Hi,

I checked your account and there is nothing tracked. It looks like you reset your account/goals. When you do that, all tracked data (food, fitness, weight, etc.) is removed. That data cannot be recovered. Sorry I do not have better news for you.

Hi how do I find the details of the food I tracked between August 2015 and June 2016?
