I used to exercise like this in my forties. I rode my bike 10 miles three or four times a week. I walked about an hour as well as being on the eliptical for 45 minutes to an hour. Now I am 65 and have had seven back surgeries from a spinal cord injury and just reading what you do makes me tired. Hahaha! Enjoy your good health because movement can be limited unexpectedly. Going from a 19% body fat to 34% hurts my feelings. I am walking about three miles now and that is the extent of my exercise but praise God I can walk!!!
