I clean 4 bedrooms from top to bottom, wash windows, change linens, laundry and vacuum. I guess that's exercise.

Why does it seem SO easy at the end of the day to try and talk yourself out of exercise!?! It's because I'm mentally exhausted and thanks to the rest of my work outs this week I'm physically exhausted too! But you know what, I'm going to go tonight because I don't want to sacrifice my goals and take a step back!

3.8 walk/jog in 46:11 today.
Am working on the Trick or Treat Virtual 5k with walk 3, jog 2 this week. Today was tough! Could only jog up my 4 hills for 1:30 at best!

I tried a new piece of equipment last night. It claims to be more of a total body workout. It's an exercise bike that has handles for your arms as well and the arm handles and bike put out resistance. It was weird, but I got a pretty good workout. I can't think of what the machine was called though...
