the snow won...didn't get to either of my gyms today.....did do a 20 minute pilates dvd and 30 minutes of strength training using joe d bands....

Yup! Skipped the gym because it was snowing and I just wanted to get home....but as soon as I got home I did squats, pushups, calf raises, crunches, jumping jacks, and plank.

Today 170 min. on elliptical 1100 caloriesemoticon , ST using 15 lb weight, stability ball, resistance bands for 60 min, 100 calories emoticon and 10 min stretching emoticon!!!! 1200 calories more or less! emoticon 240 min
