did 50 minutes of water aerobics with water weights at LA Fitness..
........and a pilates dvd here at home....

and starting physical therapy next week for my shoulder....

Did a 20 minute walk, went to the gym, 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the stationary bike (both at sprint intervals) then finished with 10 more minutes of walking. Then in the evening, I went on a 30 minute walk with my boyfriend. An hour and a half all together. I feel great!
