Not yet. Decided to skip boot camp today since I've got a bit of a cold. If I'm feeling up to it later, I'm going to Zumba and walk during my lunch break.

no, my daughters up every night for the past several nights with ear infections, so I have to go to sleep as soon as she's in bed so i can get my z's.

I did my 5.6 miles to get in my 500 cal burn. At least I hope I burned 500 cals. Also tried out my 30 minute dvd that came with my fitness ball.

Today is my day off from strength training, but I did 37 minutes of intervals on a bike. It took SO MUCH to drag my butt out of my cozy bed at 5:30 but I did it!emoticon
