YUP!

20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill. (My new shoes hurt my feet SO bad. I wanted to do 30 minutes or more!)

About 15 minutes of strength training.

45 minutes of yoga.

I finished the last day on my 6 week challenge on Wii More Active and I also did 60 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus. Plus walked Mr. Kaiser for 15 min. and then worked in the back yard trimming and weeding. I should sleep good tonight.

Yes, I did Jillian's new Yoga Meltdown DVD and did I ever work up a sweat! Plus I did 30 minutes elliptical and will do some more yoga later.emoticon

Not yet. I had a great workout yesterday (VERY sore today) so I'm going to take it easy today and walk/slow jog 2 miles after work tonight.

a morning run for a mile, then walked the rest of the way home.Later, did Soloflex workout and played with toddler at Jumping Jacks-where we jumped on trampolines{bouncers ,actually},climbed up and slid down said bouncers and raced through obstacle courses!emoticon I'm done!! :)
