Am doing great w/meal planning and mostly sticking to it...but my exercise program is a non-happening. Just can't seem to get started (again). I did get a pedometer gift from my Daughter...and some days I actually put it on..... about every other day. I did read on SP that exercise is supposed to improve the health of persons w/arthritis. This doesn't seem to work for me. It gets discouraging.
