I was hoping for a bike ride - but the weather didn't cooperate so I did 45 minutes on the eliptical trainer inside.

I am going in today at 630 to do my 30 minute walk.. I have set a scheduale for my workouts.. I am planning on going to zumba mon. tue. and wed. then walk on the other days for 30 minutes.. I hope this is enough for me to start seeing some weight change.

No...I was a "slug" today, but I have my gym clothes out for tomorrow & my bag ready to go w/ water bottle. I just need to plan my ST. I feel better just knowing I have a plan!!
