i did day 3 of insainty (read limping) and a couple hours later i walked a couple of miles reeeeeaaaaalllly slowly to loosen my my muscles again after the last three crazy workouts ive had!

So far, I did a 5K training session on the treadmill.

You have a choice...you can throw in the towel or you can use it to wipe the sweat off your face.

The intentional cardio was doing the stair climbing machine for 30 minute sand then doing a bike for 10 minutes. I wasn't very motivated today.

Readying soil, planting 34 plants, spending an hour vigorously hacking at, splitting, and replanting 2 ornamental grasses (involving very wet dirt), mopping the kitchen, vaccuuming and dust mopping the rest of the house. I've enjoyed the heck out of today!! Gettin' her done!
