Hay, I'm doing great this week! Just got home from meeting with a trainer that answered a ton of questions I had. She is helping me with a program that works for the days I travel, which is often. I'm so excited.I found myself getting bored with my routine which stopped working for the weight loss so I challenged myself to some micro goals, like the trainer. FREE first time session
