Don't do cardio - will never reach aerobic levels. Not ashamed to say it but while far from athletic today I have a RHR of 32 - my "target" would be 123 or so at my age - without being able to run I will never make it. Dance? Don't hear music. Still manage 10-18,000 steps a day though in addition to other exercise. Sometimes slow and steady wins because that's what we can do.
