What an amazing workout! Went to the Y with my BFF and we did the following
1/4 MILE FAST WALK-TRACK
16OO METER ROW (10 MINUTES)

1/4 MILE FAST WALK-TRACK
1 MILE ON STATIONARY BIKE (5 MINUTES)

1/4 MILE FAST WALK-TRACK
1 MILE STATIONARY BIKE (5 MINUTES

1/4 MILE FAST WALK-TRACK

COOL DOWN STRETCH AHHHHHHHHHH WHAT A GREAT START TO THE DAY (4:45 AM!!)

I am SOOOOOOOOO Ready for this!!!!

OMG I had my first myofacial release 2 weeks ago---90 minutes it was freaking incredible!!

400 meter fast walk
5 rounds of "Dirty Thirty"
30 sit ups
30 Step ups
30 mountian climbers
Fast as you can no break in between
going to bike or walk this evening if my dog will cooperate LOL

Loved to be able to walk at the WA coast. Very refreshing. (Was gone for 45 min. Used pedometer and it read just over 6000 steps.)

37 minute sauna at the chiropractors office...temp at 143 degrees.....some stretching and myofascial release (20 mins)....and a yoga dvd (20 min).....to the gym tomorrow...
