some stretching and myofascial release (20 mins)..12 minutes on the pilates arc.....and a yoga dvd (20 min).....to the gym tomorrow for a total body strength workout....

Not yet, but I am planning on working out after work.

Usually I hit the treadmill, but my knees have been hurting, so I think I'll try the elliptical today.

After that a variety of strength training exercises.

I ran 18 minute miles emoticon like 3.7mph. and i am at top speed. I did 2.6 miles. They call it walking, but I;m at top speed.

ya know...had the bag packed and ready to go this morning but was up all night with a sick dog! she's ok now... anyway... had maybe 2 hrs of sleep so didn't think it'd be wise to go. and it really feels weird not going! how 'bout that? who would have "thunk it" that I would MISS exercise emoticon
