I shopped. No, seriously, that was it. I went to Goodwill Bargain Barn and walked around digging in bins for hours. Then I went grocery shopping and now I'm exhausted. Not very aerobic, but it was really hot out today, so it just drained me.

120 on the elliptical at the highest resistence doing HIITs.
60 min of strength training using 15 lb dumb bells, max resistance bands and stability ball.
