did 30minutes elliptical and also a fit test that I just have to add LOL so here it is

73 crunches in 1 minute
49 wall pushups in 1 minute
134 Step ups in 3 minutes
1 mile walk(time it takes) 20 minutes

OMG my arms feels like they are burning and my chest was pounding hard after doing the step ups. Boy did I feel them crunches LOL I haven't felt those muscles in years. The one mile walk was God Send. SMILING BIG ( I'm still alive )

not yet .. I will get my workouts in today is my weigh in 1 week. Since I started Spark People I am happy to report I lost 5 pounds. OMG I am so happy to see results of my dedication and hard work play off. It is not easy but It is POSSIBLE. and there was a few times when I just wanted to stop but I didn't. I keep pushing myself to finish. My goal work out 6 days a week and see what happens GOOOOOOOOOOOO SPARK PEOPLE YOU CAN DO IT

had house full of teenagers so danced with them for 30minutes non-stop
then finally gone on a 30 minute walk

Was a good day !

My goal is to get in a bare minimum of 10 minutes a day. Today I did strength training for the lower body with both lunges and squats. Pretty basic, but it did the trick!

You always have time for that which you place first.

Yep! I did a 3 mile brisk walk, 1 mile jog, and even made the half mile walk to the store (1 mile total) to buy some air popped popcorn to snack on.
