Yes - First I turned up the music and danced around the house like a crazy person for half an hour and then I did core exercises. Music makes everything better. emoticon

This looks like a good site to come and get inspired!

This is a weird thing to do, but I walked the halls of a hotel to reach my goal for the day. We're traveling, and I've been in a car all day. I often will do wall pushups on bathroom breaks, and then I walk the halls after my husband is asleep. I walk one hall, take the stairs down or up, walk the next hall. I'm not in any one hall to run into someone twice, and yet get in a few more steps than I would otherwise. when the weather permits, I walk at rest stops for at least 11 minutes (that triggers the "cardio" or "aerobic" button on my pedometer or spark tracker). It's not much, but it's a lot better than just sitting in a car or restaurant all day.

Great things never come from comfort zones.
