I did 45 minutes of total body strength training this morning at LA Fitness and 18 minutes of stretching.........will do a yogilates dvd here at home this evening...

Just got back from walking 3 miles in the 92 heat and 100% humidity that is south Florida. I managed the first 2 miles around 18 minutes per but was so hot and starting to dehydrate into the last mile that I slowed down, apparently a lot, and ended up averaging only 22 minutes per mile.

yes, 30 minutes on the bike at the gym, did 8 miles, concerned about the huge difference in the number of calories burned that the bike shows and what the sparkpeople website shows.
anyone have any insight?
