For cardio I walked/jogged, alternating laps for one mile. I also hit the weight room and did an arms, shoulder, and back workout that I found on pinterest.

46 minutes on elliptical, 36 minutes on treadmill and 12 minutes on recumbent bike. I'm 76 years old. Exercise every day. Only missed 1 day last year.
