Some of the names of these I just made up because I don't know what their real ones are haha!

Squats: 20
Plie Squats: 20
Side Leg Lifts: 20 each
Leg Swings: 20 each
Back Leg Lifts: 20 each
Back Leg Pulses: 20 each
Triangle Swings: 20 each
Quad Straights: 15 each
Lying Leg Lifts: 20 each
Crab Legs: 20 each
Bent Leg Lifts: 20 each
All Fours, Leg Lifts: 20 each
All Fours, Leg Pulses: 20 each
All Fours, Bent Leg Lifts: 20 each
All Fours, Bent Leg Pulses: 20 each

Yes, Today was my off day for Strengthening exercises, but for cardio, I ran up and down the stairs for 2 minutes straight. Looked silly doing it but I could tell it was getting my heart pumping, then I went for a 25 min walk with my dog...and we raced to the end of my road...she won....!!!emoticon

I love my dogs! Annie is a fearful dog and is doing great under careful management. I raw feed my dogs.

Didn't have time to get to the gym today, so did the Wii Fit instead. Because I couldn't find the last stupid flag in the bike game, I ended up on it for over an hour and a half!
