To be very honest, I am so busy in my daily routine and sometimes i found it really hard to exercise but yeah i used to play table tennis whenever possible. I prefer to walk instead of using bike or public transport.

Early, before 10am is always my goal. I get out of bed at 5am, so 10 is not unreasonable to me. I always let my breakfast foods settle for about an hour before workouts, which build up my hunger for lunch!
