If I can't get a workout in before leaving the house, I always get to work early enough to walk around the building, which is just about a mile in 12 min.

I pull weeds while outside with Benny. Yesterday I pruned rhododendrons while he chased butterflies 😊

I think about doing things less efficiently, like making several trips up and down the stairs. My Garmin reminds me to get up and move every hour so that helps too.

Persistence is more important than perfection.

I make sure I put my shoes and socks on even on days when I'm home. I can't sit and put my feet up with shoes and socks on .. And at the office, I make sure when they call me over because of questions I walk the LONG way .. around the building (retiring in 3 weeks) ..

I have a pretty active job, but I park at the very back of the lot at work and when shopping and I always take the stairs, just to get those extra steps in. I also have a little peddler under my desk at work to use when I am actually sitting for a minute.

I walk and take the stairs as much as possible every day. I even exercise in place while watching TV.

smart! i do this too- pace while i play a game on my phone or talk with a friend, sometimes i just do laps after dinner while watching tv :p

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

find some exercise routines you can do at home in 10 minute slots.

I have pleurisy, 3 types of anemia from Iron,folic acid,other vitamins not working,chronic pneumonia,chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I had 6 operations recently. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 3 years as well.

In order to get in extra steps and activity I pace or do "laps" while doing household activities such as cooking; doing laundry; flossing my teeth.
