Love my Fitbit!!! Looking to buy a new one soon. I have the Charge HR. Which do you prefer?

Was hoping for something with a nominal cost. Cannot afford a fitbit.

Question? I do,steps counting and miles also and was wondering how do I add my miles on this site? I thought the steps you walk the site will count them but it does not seem too do that? I'm not into computer stuff so please explain how I can do that? If it can be done? Thank you Rita

To answer your question, sometimes trackers don’t count steps that range below your pace, so the answer is actually, every footfall as long as you walk your pace and your device is where it can measure it! Such is why no tracker is 100% accurate, regardless, I’ll stick with my Fitbit!

I have two different pedometers on my phone, the results are wildly different. What is the most reliable that isn't the investment of a fitbit or an applewatch?

I can't even imagine trying to count my steps lol. I got a MiFit off of Amazon for pretty cheap. It's not the latest and greatest, but gives me what I need and integrates with my phone, which I can then integrate with SP.

I wear an activity tracker that tracks my steps. You might want to get a pedometer - Target has very reasonably priced ones.

LOL...when I saw the title, I'm thinking "steps" as in a staircase...! (Like what's so difficult about that?!
emoticon )

My pedometer counts each footfall as a step. "Left foot, right foot, left foot" equals 3 steps. If you wanted to only count your right foot, then yes, you would multiply by 2... but personally, if I can do something without using math, I'm happier!! emoticon

When counting steps is it accurate to count each time a foot hits the floor or when one foot hits the floor and then times it by two? Please help thank you,
Carrie
